BOOKING
We aim to give our clients the best experience, so we have created a platform that allows you to book your service in the most efficient way directly from our website. PROVIDING QUALITY SERVICE
Our team is highly professional and trained to provide you with the best quality service in the most efficient time frame. Once the service is booked, a specialist will be present and ready to work at the time and location confirmed.
ENHANCMENTS & DELIVERY
Our goal is to create and deliver the best quality content in the shortest period of time. We make sure to look at every detail in order to deliver the best product possible. Once the service has been provided, we will start the process of retouching, editing, and post-production right away. Final content will be delivered within 48 hours from the time the initial service was provided.
RESCHEDULING
Our goal is to provide and deliver within the time frame agreed upon. We understand that in the dynamic world we live in, things can change quickly. This is why we let you reschedule your booking 12 hours prior to your original booking time at no additional cost. However, if a booking needs to be rescheduled or canceled within 12 hours from the booking time a rescheduling fee will apply.
TRAVEL POLICY
We are located in Sarasota Florida. Image Lab provides services in all locations within 50 miles from our headquarters. We do not charge a travel fee for properties located in Sarasota FL. However, if your location is outside of Sarasota we charge a nominal travel fee based on the location of service. The travel fee will be calculated at the checkout page.
PRIVACY NOTICE
Protecting your information is a top priority. Any information that we collect is strictly protected and used only by us and in the interest of the client. Collecting data from you, allows us to improve our services and deliver a better experience.
DIGITAL DATA IDENTIFIER
In order to improve the performance of our website so we can provide a better service we might collect general information from you such as your public IP (Internet Protocol), geolocation, device information and usage, browser information and usage, operating system, etc.
BILLING INFORMATION
In order for us to process a booking, you will be required to provide information that will verify your identity, such as name, address, phone number, and email address. You will be required to also provide a payment method that can be used for processing the booking payment. Your debit/credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date, name listed on the card, and three or four-digit number (CVV) located on the back of your card will be required.
